To start you off on the right foot, we can help you with furnishing and equipping your new homes, either with furniture packages either from the UK or sourced locally.  If you are planning on letting your villa we can give you advice on the required tourist letting licences (EOT), introduce you to our EOT consultant, and assist you with any information you might need on marketing, staffing, letting and equipping your rental property. 

And, as a final note may we share with you some popular misconceptions about buying property in Greece:
